Sonder Cosmetics Returns Policy

At Sonder Cosmetics, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Returns:

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sondercosmetic@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging, along with your RA number and proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
